ABOUT ME

I’m glad you found your way here :)

I’m Giarne, I support neurodivergent business owners to understand their nervous systems, work with their brains, and build lives that actually fit them. My work sits at the intersection of clinical expertise and lived experience, offering practical, compassionate support that moves beyond coping and toward clarity, self-trust, and sustainable growth.

Business should support your life,
not consume it.

THE COMMUNITY EXPLAINED

Stop just surviving. Start thriving.

Instead of trying to be more consistent, more productive, or more ‘together’, build systems that honour your capacity, your nervous system, and your real life.

THE PATH TO A BIG F*CKING SHIFT

A 12 week shift for neurodivergent entrepreneurs

Our work together unfolds in four phases. Each phase builds on the last, but the process is responsive, not rigid. We move at a pace your nervous system can actually sustain.

  • We start by going back to basics, actually giving yourself time to look at these foundations with just YOU in mind.
This phase is about understanding Neurodivergent ways of thinking, fluctuating capacity, sensory processing and exploring the body signals you may have had to override to survive.

Who are you really, beneath the performance and masking? We start to uncover the hidden values, masked beliefs and internalised expectations that have quietly shaped how you work.
Self-compassion is established as essential while we lay the foundation for sustainable change in every area that follows.

You cannot build a house on a shaky foundation, and we won’t be either.

  • Once we understand what is really happening beneath the surface, we can start to re-design around how your brain actually works .

We explore executive functions, strengths and support needs and how they show up across home and business. We map energy patterns and capacity fluctuations, while identifying early warning signs.

This phase gives you language, clarity and practical tools so you can stop fighting your wiring and start designing around it. it’s where awareness becomes strategy.

  • Here we redesign your business where we move from understanding to action.

We remove and examine the boundaries, systems, workflows, and expectations we have held and adjust them to support regulation, creativity, and sustainability..

With peer and accountability supports, you practice setting boundaries, changing offers, shifting schedules and reinforcing new standards. This is where things start to feel lighter and more possible.

Change comes through an ongoing practice, founded in courage and compassion and it starts here.

  • The final phase is about making the shift last. We focus on consolidating what works, strengthening self trust, and ensuring you leave with frameworks you can return to as your capacity and seasons change.

We honour the reality of being an ND person, and plan for it.

The goal is not perfection, its sustainability, adaptability, resilience and the knolwedge that you have the skills and understanding to trust in yourself.

Still have questions? Take a look at the FAQ or reach out anytime. If you’re feeling ready, go ahead and join now.

  • That’s more common than you think. Most approaches are built for neurotypical nervous systems and rely on willpower, consistency, or self discipline.
My work starts by understanding how your brain and body actually operate, then supporting you to design what that works best for you.

  • Nope.
Many people self-identify, are late identified, or still in the ‘not sure if I am’ phase.
You do not need paperwork to deserve support. If you recognise yourself in this work, that is enough to begin.

  • Nothing about you is broken or in need of fixing.
The focus is on understanding how your brain, nervous system, capacity and energy actually‍ ‍works so we can redesign your business, systems, and expectations to align with your needs.
The shift happens around and with you, not to you.

  • Fluctuating capacity is not a failure, it is a reality.
We focus on flexible structures that adapt to your energy, celebrate your strengths and support your challenges.
There’s no shame or punishment because your needs change from day-to-day.
It’d be pretty rude if we did considering our needs do the same! Sustainability comes from responsiveness, not rigidity.

  • This is not about pushing through, reframing harder, or optimising yourself into burnout. It is nervous system informed, neurodiversity affirming, and rooted in clinical understanding as well as lived experience.
The goal is regulation, clarity, and long term capacity, where you decide what success looks and feels like, not constant output.
