ABOUT ME

I’m glad you found your way here :)

I’m Giarne, I support neurodivergent business owners to understand their nervous systems, work with their brains, and build lives that work for them. My work sits at the intersection of my professional background and lived experience, offering practical, compassionate support that moves beyond just coping and toward clarity, self-trust, and sustainable growth.

Business should support your life,
not consume it.

THE COMMUNITY EXPLAINED

Stop just surviving. Start thriving.

Instead of trying to be more consistent, more productive, or more ‘together’, build systems that honour your capacity, your nervous system, and real life.

THE PATH TO A BIG F*CKING SHIFT

A Framework for neurodivergent entrepreneurs

Our work together unfolds in four phases, as a spiral or living model. The process is responsive, not rigid.

  • We start by going back to basics, actually giving yourself time to look at these foundations with just YOU in mind.

You cannot build a house on a shaky foundation, and we won’t be either.

Who are you really, beneath the performance and masking?

We start to uncover the hidden values, masked beliefs and internalised expectations that have quietly shaped how you work.
Self-compassion is established as essential while we lay the foundation for sustainable change in every area that follows.

  • This phase is about understanding Neurodivergent ways of thinking, fluctuating capacity, sensory processing and exploring the body signals you may have had to override to survive.
Education in a way that makes sense - it’s not so much ‘sit and take notes’ and more ‘ ohhh that’s why I do that and it has a name!’

  •  Education without action, is easier for your brain to forget.

This model is about doing, as much is it is about learning.

Take your new knowledge and test strategies to see what works. The community helps hold accountability, compassion and space to work out what pathway is YOURS.

We remove and examine the boundaries, systems, workflows, and expectations we have held and adjust them to support regulation, creativity, and sustainability..

  • This phase is about making your shift last. The focus on consolidating what works for you , putting into place supports that may help preventatively, and ensuring you leave with frameworks you can return to as your capacity, life and seasons change.

We honour the reality of being an ND person, and plan for it.

  • That’s more common than you think.

My work starts by understanding how your brain and body actually operate, then supporting you to design what that works best for you.

Like with anything, there is no such thing as a one size fits all, you need to decide what is going to work best for you. I don’t use ‘just try harder’, or ‘be disciplined’ narratives.

  • Nope.
Many people self-identify, are late identified, or still in the ‘not sure if I am’ phase.
You do not need paperwork to deserve support. If you recognise yourself in this work, that is enough to begin.

  • Nothing about you is broken or in need of fixing.
The focus is on understanding how your brain, nervous system, capacity and energy actually‍ ‍works so we can redesign your business, systems, and expectations to align with your needs.
The shift happens around and with you, not to you.

  • Fluctuating capacity is not a failure, it is a reality.
We focus on flexible structures that adapt to your energy, celebrate your strengths and support your challenges.
There’s no shame or punishment because your needs change from day-to-day.
It’d be pretty rude if we did considering our needs do the same! Sustainability comes from responsiveness, not rigidity.

  • This is not about pushing through, reframing pOsiTivItY, or optimising yourself into burnout. It is nervous system informed, neuro-affirming based coaching that was born from years of profession practice and lived experience.

It doesn’t promise the same outcomes for everyone because it can’t. Because no two people are the same.

This is about walking along-side you while you learn and explore what regulation, clarity, and long term capacity or success looks and feels like for YOU. it’s not about constant output.
