THE TL;DR FOR REFUNDS, RETURNS + SHIPPING DEETS

Each of your incredible Tee’s are made to order, by our Australian based provider who also make sure it ships out to you.
Production time is between 2-8 days, with an average of 2-3 to create and post your Tee. We will notify you when you order has shipped.

Changed your mind? Because most of our physical products are made-to-order, change of mind returns are not accepted once production has started.

Damaged or Faulty?

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered we want to know! We want you to love your items as much as we do!

Contact us at hello@giarneashby.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photo of the item received.
We will arrange a replacement, reprint or refund provided it meets Australian consumer law for a fault, damage or the print itself is faulty.
We do not accept items that have noticeable wear or makeup stains for returns, or refund.

Shipping Times:

Standard postage takes around 3-6 Business days inside Australia, 5-10 days to New Zealand and 10-30 days for other locations.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and items ordered.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is carried out by third party couriers or postal services, which unfortunately outside our control. If your order hasn’t arrived and its past the expected delivery date, please contact us along with your order number at hello@giarneashby.com and we will assist you in tracking the order.

Please make sure to check your delivery address before checking out, as it can be harder to change on our end with products that are made to order. We will try to fix it as quick as we can but if it’s too late to fix, there will be a cost to resend your order.

International Orders

We currently ship orders to
Australia, New Zealand, The United States and Canada.
you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country’s customs authority.

If you are based in the UK, the EU or elsewhere please let us know if you would like us to add your country to locations we ship to.
